Apparently bungie made a mistake with that armor being level 31 gear and will not repeat it the raid will be possible for 32s and will be a 32 raid hard will be 34 making completion of the raid, and collecting armor from it, the only way to get past 32 and complete the hard raid. Or so I've heard. Also heard legendary armor going back to 27 light. Making Vog armor necessary to do crota and so on. If this happens lols to the lot of you and me I got some cause I hope for this to work too.
