Hi there.
Make sure your weapon didn't appear on another character. Also, try closing and relaunching destiny. The last thing you can try is waiting, sometimes transfers take a bit.
If none of that works unfortunately, any weapons lost cannot be restored under any circumstance. I'm terribly sorry.

One thing, I'm not affiliated with bungie in any way shape or form. I'm just informing you on several ways you can try to see if the weapon reappears. Sadly, bungie's policy is that they don't restore lost items under any circumstance. I'm just informing you of their policy which they have strictly so far. I'm very sorry for your loss but ultimately, nothing can be done.

Hey man come on there's a couple of things you've got wrong here. First nobody is screwing XBox users. The advice to PS users who lose weapons is the same. The exclusives are only 2 strikes and one weapon (and green armour!) and only exclusive for one year. Who's fault is that? Microsoft for saying they'll pass on paying extra for exclusive content. Secondly if they investigated every case where someone said they lost a gun...jeez no development would get done. Have a look on this forum. Even with the "no replacement" policy you get 100 preteen douches every day saying they've "lost" their Gjallarhorn and want it back. Even though they know even you or I can check their grimoire and see they never had it. If you enjoy the game then that's the main thing. Bugs and glitches are frustrating but look at how much value you've gotten out of the game! Personally I've never played a game so much since Mario and I've gotten my money's worth many times over and it sounds like you have too. If you decide to move on then that's fine but you can't play for hundreds of hours then say this game is a lame duck and the developers are assholes...

I wasn't calling names or insinuating, I am a Xbox live embassador so I try to conduct myself appropriately for I've kids of my own on these forms... Plan on talking to my friend he's a tester for Bungie and runs with the developers on House of Wolfs and have put to them about what I was told on here and will go from there... on game now and just received my 5th weasel code.......

Will be saving and posting this page.... and will be shredding my both of my sons destiny disc, for I will not have them being apart of a community you so readily label with offensive names and have you ever stop to think if someone did their job right there wouldn't be so many post of people losing their weapons? wow.....

My past game experience tells me bungie could replace items if they wanted to. But they don't want to support it. It cost money and time. They have the ability, they gave someone who was using the game to recover from brain surgery the exotic scout rifle. I'm sure that was not the first time. In a closed beta, they have to shuffle gear around in order to test it. The tools are there, the support is not.
