Aurora Lance is the only black ship I've come across.
Maybe they'll be in Trials of Osiris.
Quite often they add models in patches as they are ready. They get datamined but these might not go 'live' until HoW or even later.

That makes sense except when you click on the ships It brings you to another page where It shows the picture you get when hovering over the item with a cursor in Destiny, and It has the dark below icon in the top right

I could be wrong but I think that's just when it was added to the database.
