It is now impossible.
Even if you bought one of the $200 codes from eBay, you would be buying a worthless piece of paper.
DLC cards usually have an expiration date and sadly Blacksmith has now expired. You would be greeted with an error message upon inputting the code.
You had until 4th November 2014 to pre-order Call of Duty Advanced Warfare to get it legitimately but the codes have only recently expired.

Just incase you didn't know; Thunderdevil is a good option for the meantime if you want black. It's a grey digital camouflage pattern but turns black with certain armors. It can be bought from the outfitter on most days.
