What are your obsessive habits in Destiny?
Title says it all.
Mine is whenever I see heavy ammo bricks laying around and my heavy ammo is full I fire a rocket or shoot a few bullets from my Machine Gun just so I can pick the heavy ammo up. I hate seeing spare bricks lying around and wasting them. This obviously doesn't apply when facing Crota lol
So what are yours?

Max out xp on every green/blue before breaking them down, even though I have like 600 threads (unless I have full inventory, then I cringe and dismantle it hesitantly) Begin (then stop) pressing the dismantle button about 20 times before I successfully dismantle legendaries and/or exotics, you know.. to make sure its the right one, that I really need to Reload after every kill Play with the beach ball in the tower every time I see it Jump every single thing possible on my sparrow Kill the swordbearer and wreak havoc with the sword.. Bounty or not See how far I can parcor across a map without touching the ground (countless hours wasted this way) Clear upgrade notifications, and the "new weapon" flashy crap Go in this order: Mail, Cryptark, Bounty guy, Eris Clear notifications at vendors. When Eris had that quest I wasn't ready for yet.. ARGHHH it made me mad. More I'm sure...

1 ReplyWith the lack of vault space, I devised a system for storing excess weapons on my characters. If a weapon gets switched around and ends up on the wrong character I have to stop everything and move it to the correct character. With the vault app function now working this has become less of a chore and it actually helps quite a bit when you want a weapon and don't have to check which character it's on. Titan: Snipers, exotic primaries, rocket launchers. Hunter: hand cannons, iron banner weapons, shotguns, and machine guns. Warlock: vault of glass primaries, fusion rifles, exotic heavy weapons. One on each character: icebreaker, LDR, fatebringer, vision of confluence, mythoclast 2 out of 3 characters have: Suros, hawkmoon, patience and time, black hammer. Vault: Exotics I don't use at the top: bad juju, red death, mida, no land, Nechrocasm. Next are exotics I do use: gjallarhorn, universal remote. Lastly all Crota primaries.

14 RepliesEdited by thedinobot: 3/5/2015 7:21:15 PMDidn't notice, but I have quite a bit. *Have to reload after nearly every kill lol (even if it was one or two bullets) *Carefully avoid the green engrams (and if I accidently pick one up I have to delete it immedately) *I don't like seeing the glowing icon thing when I get a new item so I have to go over it or the the 'upgrade plus sign thing' on my items *I don't turn bounties in until all the ones I have are done *Doing my patrols in order (if there is VIP they take priority, if not it's kills then scans) *Checking at least three times before turning in bounties to make sure the right stuff is on to be upgraded

I pick up EVERY engram. Green, blue, purple...all of them. The only negative side effect is a full glimmer inventory. It does get problematic at times. I also never leave a strike or story with my super unused.

People with mismatched armor sets. Yes, I understand you're either doing it because it offers the stats you want or it gets you to a higher light level. But it just irks the hell out of me. I can understand having a full set or 3/4 set and using an exotic in one slot though.

After i decode a engram or turn in a bounty I always take just 1 step to the left of the NPC before I go back into my character menu

Sometimes i fûck around in my inventory organizing items by rarity and/ or making them into patterns

I like to have my exotics in the vault that I don't use sorted by primary, secondary, heavy and gun type.

- all exotic helmet, armor, gauntlets and boots are carried on character and one full set of Raid/legendary gear. All other sets are placed in vault -characters have one exotic and one raid/legendary of each weapon type(auto rifle, scout rifle, pulse rifle, hand cannon, sniper rifle, fusion rifle, shotgun, rocket launcher, and machine gun) - weapons can be interchanged between characters, but need to be swapped with same type(see above)
