You said the Necrochasm would compare to the Mythoclast, well I just got my Necrochasm and it is horrible! I love everything about Destiny and I try not to complain about the small glitches I encounter but I can not let this one slip by. What were you thinking with the Impact on this weapon?? I disagree with Alex, don't change the fire rate or anything else other than the impact. Make it mid range 35 to 40 impact and leave everything else about it alone. If you do what Alex wants we'll just end up with a Suros that looks different. Increase impact by 350% and leave everything else alone... Please Bungie, please

It totally compares to the mythoclast, i never use either one of them for anything.

The Mythoclast is the most OP weapon in the game! I take it into the Crucible and end up with 34 kills and a 4.85 K/D!! Mythoclast ROCKS!!! Bungie please make the Necrochasm more like the Vex Mythoclast.

Neither, what good is the mythoclast? I cant use gjallarhorn if i equip it, and hand cannons are better. Solar burn? Abyss defiant. Vex makes a nice wall hanger.

So... You're just out of your mind. The vex actually has use. The necrochasm doesn't have enough of anything to be worth using. Doesn't have the impact, the clip size, the perks, to be of any worth. The vex has more damage output than the abyss defiant. And contrary to popular belief, a LOT of people don't have the gjallarhorn

I use it for all the missions gjallarhorn is unnecessary in which is everything but the raid. It burns through everything much quicker. Yes I have abyss defiant and it doesn't even compare to the vex. I just got the crux yesterday so I'm leveling up my eidolon ally to get necrochasm. But 3 of my friends have the weapon already and NEVER use it because it's underpowered. Edit: seeing as I don't have any cheap comeback possibilities (no gjallarhorn, low grimoire, etc.) I'm curious as to what your response will be. :)

Lose the gjallarhorn and you seem to lose all your persuasive power, Tom. It seems like if you lost that, you'd crap your pants and then break the game and never come back. That's how most people are that say, "get a gjallarhorn"
