Was it because you thought they looked cool or heard about the awesome supers?

In a game where guns are the primary form of combat, the class with the word Gun in it's name seemed like an obvious choice.

I like the look of it and the quickness. In PvP I am aggressive and like to move around quickly. In PvE I like the challenge it presents. I now have a Warlock also and it's so easy with a Warlock. The Warlock class really is the newbie class. lol

Look cool, and wanted the blade dancer. :P now I have all 3, but my hunter will always hold a special place above them.
-
Because they can explore the wilderness solo and survive.
-
Hunters had an actual jump. The others kind of floated.
-
Cause it looked cool, also Having the idea of a one-shot pistol is awesome!!!!
-
I first chose the Hunter in the alpha. My reason being, if given the option my first choice will always be the roguish character
-
Titan
-
I had checked out all the abilities and perks of each class while the beta was going (I didn't get to play because I was gone for the summer), and I decided that the hunter was by far the best fit for my playstyle, and so I started with a hunter. This is still true today, I like playing as my hunter the most because Gunslinger fits my playstyle so well, and it's been my main since launch.

Jumping

Mine was hunter on the beta but when I got the game I made a warlock
-
'Lone wolf who lives for the perfect shot.' Its my play style how could I not?
-
Because I thought that hand cannons would be class specific. So, hunter as portrayed in the commercials before launch. I also liked the jump, the supers, and of course- THE CAPE
-
The description of how they play when you first start the game spoke to me and my style of play.
-
Because they looked bad ass. Then turns out they were. Just like i will always choose the fire-type starter i will always be a hunter.
-
I just chose it, no reason at all, I knew nothing about the game, first time a warlock sailed over me I thought shit I've made the wrong choice, but as I played on I loved my hunter. I enjoy playing as warlock and Titan though.

Edited by Blackcrow3k: 3/4/2015 8:14:37 PMThis video. If you can mix gunplay and Rudyard Kipling you have my attention. "Now this is the Law of the Jungle -- as old and as true as the sky; And the Wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the Wolf that shall break it must die."

I thought a gunslinger was going to be the best class to use a sniper rifle with, but since it doesn't really matter I was kinda bummed out. Got over it real quick Hunters are fun in their own way.
-
I picked warlock first in beta, maxed at 8, then tried Hunter. Liked it better, so that's what I made at launch.
-
I thought Titans were for fat meatheads and warlocks were for Gothic cross dressers. I now have all three and love them all.
-
'A lone wolf who lives for the perfect shot' and 'Beautiful lethality, relentless style'. T'was good enough for me
-
Because I always play the scout/ sniper type character in every game I play, and Hunter comes closest to that archetype lorewise.
-
The jumping (double/triple) felt natural to me.
-
My brother had a warlock during the beta so i chose a hunter
