They need time to make it good, by just adding waves and waves of hive, fallen or cabal etc. It'll be god awful and a complete failure. If they even implement it in this game. It's looking like a destiny 2 mode though

Of course it would take some work. But it would be easier than having to create whole new areas. And it would please at least the pve players with relatively low efford.
