halo 2 question
wit halo 2, I was wondering.... is the MA5B still around? or did it get replaced by battle-rifle or sumfin?

the MA5B is tottaly being replaced dont plan on seeing it in Halo 2

To be fair even if the old weapons are in halo 2 the idea of the battle rifle is superb and i'll be using it more than the MA5B anyway. its a shame about the pistol though as i hear it no longer has a scope and getting headshots was cool from super far distances, if you don't have the sniper.

This was discussed last night. The conversation ended when one poster pointed out that the MA5B is visible in the pentathalon stills. So it is still around in the current build although it has not been confirmed for the release build.

I hope they make the accuracy a bit better... I loved running threw Halo 1's levels on legendary with the Assault Rifle and Plasma Pistol Combo... =D

i hope they have most of the old weapons in halo2, coz it would give the multiplayer a huge variety when it comes to choosing which weapons you'll want to use

I think the battle rifle is the new replacement, but it would be nice of bungie to place the existing MA5B within Halo 2 somewhere as a little extra as a momento or something.
