My Warlock has 2 Crota Helmets with the same perks (Orbs give health)
One has Discipline and Strength of 61/61
The other has Intellect of 106
What one would you keep and why

I mean what are your stats with them? If you hit 300 with one, it's a bad choice. Try to fit to to your play style. Life grenades? Get disc. close to max. Melee machine? Strength? Like you're super? Intellect.

Keep both, and run it with other armor that compliments your build, for example a strength build in PVP with the gloves that give you the extra melee charge is great. Or go crazy with bad juju and wear the high intellect helm for super madness lol. It's good to be able to run a few different builds and the fact that it doesn't take an exotic spot is also a bonus.

Keep them both. Armour perks max out at 271. If you can find the right combination, you can bring all stats as close to 100% as possible. I would agree that the INT is probably more beneficial for your super ability charge. That's normally the one I care about the most.

Whichever works better with the rest of your gear. I usually keep high INT gear.
