Well apparently I been told No Land Beyond is. The Point of my design was for purposes of high and low shots with two shells going in. So you got 2 shots before you reload and 2 bullets fire at once. You hit your low and high targets, wait and do it again. Than once all 4 bullets depleted in 2 shots, you reload. It's for people who carry more than one type of sniper rifle in their inventory. I do, even No Land Beyond so when I run out of secondary ammo, I can slowly snipe off enemies until my synthesis recharges.
