Snipers, a way to make then balanced.

Edit: thanks to everybody disagreeing with me. every rage post you make give me a free Bump so Deej will see my post. your Dooming your Own OP weapon by Arguing with me. Bungie has made Abundantly clear that they want Specal weapons to only be used in the range that they are specifically designed for. Shotguns no longer one shot people form across the room. Fusion rifles have a very hard time oneshoting people in mid long range. But currently Snipers can get kills at all ranges with no penalty of using them in close or mid range. and before you start the argument that " Snipers take skill", between fast RoF Snipers because able to 2 body shot people in the time it take the for a Slow RoF Sniper to fire one shot and the fast that the final round perk is bugged and will trigger not only on the last shot. but ask random shots in the mag, means that they are extremely easy to use and tell less skill then people thing. now Almost everything is fine about snipers, damage , handling and reload is all fine, so here si the simple change they need to use to get Sniper inline with all other special weapons. " while ADSing with a sniper, if you take damage you will be "Un-scoped/ De-Scoped( taking out of ADS)" and won't be able to ADS for .5-.75 seconds. this timer is reset of you take damage before the timer is over( you will always have .5-.75. seconds since you last took damage before you can ADS again.) this change will balance Sniper and let them be a long range soil weapons again. also Bungie did this is from Halo 2- Halo 3 to balance snipers
