Most likely from Osiris. The shaders you get from him have 'eye' in it so I'm assuming like eris you have to do stuff to get them. Just like there was supposed to be the 'seven seraphs' before launch but scrubbed.

Possibly. I know the trials have 1 rare, 1 legendary and 1 exotic emblem that all have osiris in the title. Scanning the item db's emblem bucket, theres a lot of neat things with no info on obtaining.
