As for matchmaking, no. At least not in the way you're thinking, where you load up a raid and it assigns 5 people to your fireteam. I would prefer if there was a roster-like board where you could see people's posts who are looking to do a raid, what level character they have, what class they are, and any other comments they leave. From there, you could pick and choose who you want on your team. That's the matchmaking I want.
