Bungie does indeed read a lot of feedback from the community. They surely cant listen to everyones requests without messing up another part of the game. People used to ask for auto rifle nerf but now that they did it everyone is complaining. Game companies learn to go their own way and fix what NEEDS to be fixed, not what people WANT to be fixed. So yes Bungie does care, they just dont follow through with everyones requests.
