Weekly reset should be removed?
Destiny weekly reset should be removed. Players should be able to play as much as they want without waiting for weekly reset right???? So we can get multiple chances getting exotics...etc
I don't see any other game doing it. Especially Diablo 3 in rift or greater rift etc.
We paid for the game and we should be able to play when ever and how much we want. Without any restrictions.
*** Before you vote and input comments ask your self if someone is new to Destiny community, how long they have to play to get everything? Why???
To all the haters... I got most of everything and 3 characters are all 32's. I don't need anything. Just trying to help guys starting new.
Destiny is just another game to me. No big deal.

Maybe not weekly but every other day So every two or three days a reset

Remove crucible and vanguard marks weekly limits. Once I'm done with them I'm done for the week.

So then when will they reset the rewards for nightfall so we can get more. It is pretty fair to be able to get stuff from the nightfall once a week, or you could play it over and over again till you get the weapon you wanr

There's no need anymore people can get to 32 in like 2 weeks now the upgraded armor in the vendors area screwed the time it takes to level day one play took me forever to get to 30 then deleted a character and made another after dark below and got him to 32 way to fast they don't need it

7 RepliesDude if there was no reset then people would have everything they want in a week. And then people would stop playing the game once they get what they want. Bungie seems to be aware of that. that's why this game has a reset and terrible RNG in the first place. So they can squeeze out as much time out of you to play this game. If the game had no resets I'm pretty sure the severs would be empty or nearly empty right now.

No reset would only boost the addicts farther ahead, because they could complete crota over and over again until they got all the weapons, and gear with the rolls they want, while those who don't have time, can't keep up.

5 RepliesI actually completely agree with this!!! I'm currently trying to get Fatebringer and it's very frustrating that there's a limit to how many times I can complete the VOG each week. People are always going to find ways to bypass these "restrictions"........People already max out on Raid completions, create a new character, re-equip gear, and run that Raid again......

That would suck dude, there would be no anticipation, without weekly resets everyone would have been done with everything in the game months ago. Whats the fun in that?

2 RepliesThe reset is simply a great business model keeps it keeps people playing each week. Thus, by providing something to look forward to as an incentive, it increases the longevity of the game for hardcore players and casuals alike.

6 months to get all exotic weapons(exept necro) still need 1 armour peice (ruin wings) and deathsingers gaze then its waitin for house of wolves

It should be removed so that it never resets and the game will die. That way they will produce the real version of destiny and we can spend hundreds on cosmetic items to fund the weekly content and it will be the game of the century

Just weekly and nightfall.....not raids. Weekly and nightfall should be in vangaurd playlist.

If you have 3 toons that's a minimum of 12 activities a maximum of 24 activities, if you go normal raids first, and easy, normal then hard weeklies. That's a lot for one week if you've completed all that within the course of a couple days you can always help kinderguardians get through raids, you don't need rewards to have fun, or you can go outside and interact with flesh and blood people who are more than a voice in your ear.

6 RepliesGot my ps4 January 6th and have 2 32s and a 31. I like it the way the weekly resets paces things. If I had 3 32s in 2 weeks I probably wouldn't be playing still.

I'd say a three day rest instead of a weekly rest because most people only play for that one day then off again until the next rest so if you made it a three day rest and had night fall and weekly different strike's and stopped omnigoul strike from showing the hell up so much it would burn the players out as fast

No. Just no.....terrible idea. And I have read a lot of your replies to people saying no and that this is a bad idea. You want ideas on how to fix it. Well you see, this doesn't need to be fixed. It works just fine as is. And it serves a purpose that is apparently well beyond your comprehension. So we won't give you ideas.

2 RepliesThey won't remove it cuz then people would blow through the game to fast. and the know for a fact they don't have enough content to keep people playing the game and destiny would die out and they wouldn't get to charge you an extra $100 for more content

The reason that there has to be a weekly reset is because the game would be unplayable maybe a month after the new dlc drops.

1 ReplyThey would alter the drop rates to reflect the higher number of player completions w/ the resultant effect of not being able to get anything any faster. We would have a much less chance of probability of getting good loot w each run. It would be an even greater grind fest than it is now.
