Pretty bog standard for software EULAs these days. Check your Windows/iOS/PC game licenses sometime.

Yep this, it's the same for movies, music and pretty much all software

Absolutely. My point is that despite all content being loaded and locked on disc.. We don't own it or really anything related to it because of the EULA. It's a price we agree to pay.. Saves us from having the game hacked all to hell where nobody would have any fun at all.
