Bastion and First Light are in the Combined Arms playlist. Skyshock is a DLC map you can access via the large map the Dark Within playlist. They were moved because they're basically sniper maps with vehicles thrown in for laughs. Pikes and Interceptors aren't as game changing as Gauss Hogs and Wraiths were in a certain other deathmatch title. Vehicle combat in this game leaves a lot to be desired.
