I got Vex twice after doing hard mode twice.

im on HR number 30 and still havent got it, and then i have raid friends who get it first and second time

HAH! I've done over 50 HM vaults at this point I believe and I didn't get a Vex until like try 45 or something. And now Vex apparently isn't getting reXURbished and will be "frozen in time" which is some inane **** to do to your hardest-core fans who spend time to earn your top tier rewards...
