  • You guys are pathetic for customer service. This is not how a professional company is run and I find it disgraceful. Clearly your customers are not your priority Bungie.

  • Like I've posted here, messaged them SEVERAL times since 2 and a half months ago roughly and still no response. I've also sent emails to several other addresses and messages to moderators on here no response. Except yours you just gave. This is very poor customer service in fact it is non existent. There is almost no transparency with this company Bungie to operate in such a manner.

  • I'm sorry for the trouble you are having here, ReigningFire. Although I'm not part of the Store team, I can share that, to my knowledge, the DLC was never offered on our store on discount. It seems that you are looking for a product at a price we have not offered, and I'm not able to change that.

  • So should I be expecting a email or any line of communication here? You surely can get them to do that right? Clearly someone or more than one aren't doing their jobs if they can't even respond to emails which is their job.

  • Hi ReigningFire, I definitely understand wanting to get a good deal, however it sounds like you are looking for an answer that is not available. Ultimately, I'm not part of the store team and will be unable to help resolve store issues. I can share, though, that after taking a look on the store website, the link for purchasing games/DLC leads to this webpage: http://www.destinythegame.com/wheretobuy This is not on the Bungie Store (http://bungiestore.com/) which might explain why a discount offer could not apply to the products there, as they are two separate web pages. I can imagine this isn't the answer you are looking for. Please understand that, despite your kind requests, a price change is not something we can offer here.

  • Earth to Bungie? Going to flat out ignore your customers again? This is terrible customer service.

If it is listed in the store then Bungie is facilitating the sale and needs to stand by their advertizements. Otherwise according to the FTC there needs to be clear disclosure made in the advertizement otherwise according to the FTC it is "unfair or deceptive acts or practices" as per their internet advertizing guidelines. http://www.ftc.gov/system/files/documents/plain-language/bus41-dot-com-disclosures-information-about-online-advertising.pdf Also as per the FTC if the product is advertized to children which Destiny is, it is rated T for teen it is even more imperative that special care be taken in advertizements that all aspects be clear and concise. http://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/advertising-marketing-internet-rules-road#general One moment you said you can't speak for the store team then the next you are. So since you are I can assume you have taken it upon yourself to facilitate this discrepancy. What is Bungie going to do to rectify this for me? I was looking to buy at the time the expansion pass.

  • The advertisement is still there. It states store wide. Store wide means everything listed in the store which the dlc was. It blows my mind how I have gotten no responses. That is horrible customer service. It amazes me also how all that is offered for such a company is just a email address and no phone number or live chat.
