Community tag?

In all seriousness, what topics are the most appropriate for it? I've been scrolling through it, and it's basically either like the all topics category
#Community is for getting to know others in the bungie.net community, sharing common interests, sharing fan-fic, art, pimping your montages, discussing suggestions for the bungie.net site, community involvement ideas, etc. I hope that helps.
Basically anything involving Bungie's community except for LFG discussion. Even though #Destiny is for Destiny related topics, the Destiny topics that do apply to the criteria Shacker stated can go here.

  • Good question. It can be nebulous. Many newer members are treating #Community as a catch-all but that's not its purpose. #Community is for getting to know others in the bungie.net community, sharing common interests, sharing fan-fic, art, pimping your montages, discussing suggestions for the bungie.net site, community involvement ideas, etc. I hope that helps.

    • Contrary to popular belief amongst a majority of posters here, it is not for finding people for things such as groups, raids, nightfalls, etc. Nor is it for discussion of Xur, what he sells, what weapon people use. It's not for bitching about Destiny or providing ideas and feedback for the game. It's for the entire Bungie community. I strongly encourage you and anyone else interested to look at this post. It gives an insight to what #Community should be and what it was before Destiny dropped. I'd also suggest looking around the Highest Rated topics tab for #Community, that can also provide some ideas. Also, I'd invite you to look at the precursor on the old site to get an idea as well (after some digging through posts about the new site).

      • For topics about the community of Bungie.net itself. (And arguably other parts of the Bungie community not on the site.) What's good. What's bad. What's happening. It's not for anything related to Destiny, LFG, etc.
