This wasn't during patrol, but the last time Omnigul was the nightfall, me an some randoms were spawning in, and saw a Public event spawned, and it was to kill one of the Target Captains. So we all race down there, an ass we get there, we notice that another group of 31+ was already there, wailing away at the captain, which they ha trapped against a rock. My group gets there an joins, beating the snot out of the captain. Moments later, [i]another[/i] group of 30+ appears from the Strike spawn, and we all annihilate the Captain, he stood no chance. Once it's over, we all have a little dance party on his corpse, and all 3 fire teams race off to confront Omnigul. That is what a public event should be like

It would have been excellent if the 3 strike teams could have joined forces at that moment and made one large Voltron Guardian! Omnigul would have been sitting in the fetal position rubbing her head horns like blanky corners.

When did this happen!? That exact same thing happened to me! Omnigul strike, three fire teams, captain event, we kill him, we dance on him, and then we all go finish (well start) the strike.

Sounds like what happened to me, was doing a random Omnigul strike for a bounty and we were coming through Skywatch and saw there was a crashed warsat, we all went over to get the event. The ship that spawns the strike sword guy dropped him, a blade of crota came in, Uzok came in, and another strike group came through which brought another strike sword guy... and we took them all out. Somehow in all of that I even managed to stay alive and get my strike without dying.

Me and my friends were doing the omnigul nightfall and one of my friends went afk. And we are just finishing up omnigul and out of nowhere my friend rushes in with a pike. Funniest thing ever

Whenever I'm playing my titan and I get eliminate the target public events I always pop my bubble over them and blind them lol its hilarious to melee them to death
