Error Codes.

Please fix caterpillar and hawk error codes. Please stop players from getting disconnected from Xbox Live.

    Hi there, Apologies for the errors you are receiving. Hawk and Caterpillar are two errors that will go hand-in-hand. It could be your router's firewall setting is too high by default, and may need to check if it is blocking P2P connectivity. Additionally, many have reported that the Technicolor brand router has caused these complications, and that you may need to speak with your ISP if they provided this router.Some reports point to the parental control/firewall settings on this brand's modem as the issue, while some have said they had their ISP replace the router with a different brand.
