Why we get mad at Weekly updates

So I had a thought about the weekly Bungie update. And why we have so many negative comments after one comes out. For months before the game came out we all got used to reading the weekly update and hearing upcoming information. News about what to expect. Lots of mail and questions about the game being answered. I found it back after E3 or around when I 1st preordered and put those codes into the B.net website. I would come each week and got used to and expected to see new details about the game, what their plans were and what to expect in the game. Now that the game is out its changed Now Deej and Bungie can focus on the present and not the future. They can focus on players and what the players are doing and all of us old weekly update readers are still used to the old updates. I miss the mail sack. I miss the questions being answered. I miss hearing what was coming and what the developers were working on. I miss the information about the future. Now the weekly updates are the present. They focus on the present and less about the future. And that is just different. And maybe some of us are upset about that. We crave answers. We want to know what's coming. What are they working on. Maybe they could divide it up and do two posts a week. One that focuses on the players and what's happening right now in Destiny and another that talks with developers about the future and what they are fixing/tweaking behind the scenes. Maybe Maybe that's a lot to ask for.
