Still waiting for faction shaders drop rate to be fixed.
When will this happen?
It's pretty ridiculous that the faction shaders are rarer than exotics are.
One way to make the faction shaders easier to obtain is by making them available for purchase after reaching a certain rank, such as rank 10.

33 RepliesThey aren't supposed to be easier to obtain. A shader separates the way players look. So why is it so illogical that the most sought after shaders are the rarest to come by? I have not managed to get one yet. But I will continue to try, for as long as I do there is always thay chance of success. You wouldn't want one if it was buyable and every player had it.

They need to sell you the shader when you reach the rank required.

This all the way. Hopefully someone at Bungie sees the reasonable demand for faction shaders. This is the biggest issue in the game as far as I'm concerned. Bungie's former flagship title Halo had a good bit of customization in characters (at least in terms of colors), yet Destiny is easily one of the most restrictive games in terms of character appearance. Is it really that big a deal to allow us to purchase shaders? No? Good, I didn't think so.

or have it where they give you the faction shader at a specific rank, like Revenant at rank 10, then the other one at 15 (it think it may be Bitter Steel ot Hanged Man) and then the ship at rank 20 or 25. hell, the don't the vanguard have anything? i would love a vanguard shader or ship
