I receive this error message. Then I am kicked from Xbox live. Have to clear persistent storage, hard reset is the only fix. Not sure if it's the game or the Xbox, but I've heard from multiple destiny Xbox users that this is happening to them as well. Frequency of about once every 4-6 hours of gameplay. It started happening after the most current preview program update from Microsoft.
