Next Iron Banner - Exploiting in PvE shouldn't benefit you in PvP
Since the vast majority of players have cheesed their way to 32nd in Crota's End, all armour bonuses for Crota's End gear should be capped to Light level 31, in the next Iron Banner.
Laming your way through PvE shouldn't be advantageous in competitive PvP.
