A few shaders, emblems, and class items give reputation bonuses when equipped while completing event related activities and bounties. Specifically the Queens Wrath and Iron Banner events. There is no mention of these bonuses in the game or when viewing the items in the inventory screen, so many people fail to realize these bonuses exist. If you look at a faction affiliated class item, you will see they clearly note in the item description that reputation gains are applied to the given faction. I think it would be wise to include a similar note on the event items simply saying, "Increases event standing gained by 5% when equipped..." This would also help players better recognize which items are event related. For instance it is not inherently obvious that the "rosegold" and "million million" shaders are event-related so people may forget what they're for and mistakenly dismantle them. I have made this mistake twice myself. But a small description text on these items in the inventory screen would solve these problems.
