Hey everyone, I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I found a husk of the pit on the moon less than an hour ago. I was grinding trying to complete today's bounties and stumbled across a blade of crota at the hellmouth. When I defeated him I received the husk of the pit as a reward. I couldnt make sense of a common weapon being dropped from such a powerful foe which is why i didnt destroy for parts where I stood. I still dont fully understand the weapon as of yet but I have found out that it can evolve with the right items into a legendary weapon and then an exotic. I am currently a lvl 29 Warlock.
