Gheleon's pre how

Edited by LtDan: 2/16/2015 2:58:23 PMOk guys, let's clean this up a bit. If you are going with a vendor purchased version, then the Rapier is superior. Everyone is talking about how their random is great, but you can't plan on that. I have both vendor versions and even just picking up the Rapier I can tell it is superior. The faster reload makes up for having only one less shot. And the ability to stagger or armor piercing is even available. This gun has the best stock perks that I've seen. Sure, I'd love field scout, but it really doesn't matter with Outlaw. You reload so fast with precision kills anyways. I hope this helps those of you who were wondering which one is actually better to "purchase", not which is one is great if you accidentally get the right perks.

I got a Badger CCL that rolled with firefly, the best of both worlds. It's my favorite gun, no joke.

Crusader is beast

NA3D1 Salvation State

PVE or PVP?

Another NitC with outlaw, send it and firefly. Awesome combo.

Used both and I prefer mida in truth

I can only comment as someone who's just bought the Badger, and has used a few other scouts; Bline, MIDA, Gallows, Striker, Pickpocket. My argument is that with a scout you're shooting something far away. If the range doesn't allow you to do that then is it really a proper scout? In that case, you need perks to make up for this major lack. Also, fast firing at the expense of impact is useless on a scout. I wanted to love the Bline but it never hit hard enough. I asked my self, 'does this gun want to be an auto rifle?'. The MIDA isn't really a scout, it's like a hand cannon with relatively high RoF and low impact, and a scope, extremely useful when your surrounded, especially as auto rifles are so rubbish now. For me, I don't see how the vendor Badger can be improved upon. If you can shoot, 'send it' and luck in the chamber give you max range and an increase on already highest damage Scout. But it requires you to do the work, not the perks.

The roll I have on my Badger makes it superior to my Rapier and any other scout rifle I have except perhaps Mida. Check out the one on my Warlock. Rapier on my Hunter.
-
Fang of Ir Yut. Wrecks everything. It' s the new VOC.

FIREFLY AND OUTLAWWWW

The calling. With the right perks!

Gheleon's Demise master race

Iron banner scout rifle is best firefly and armor piercing

With vendor perks Rapier is the best. Once you know how it fuels look through the perks below and when you get a drop of one of the following find you'll know weather you want the perks or not. If you find badger CCL, rapier, another NitC with any of the following perks you'll have to judge for you self. They are in order of my preference. Aoe Dmg , firefly, crowd control, explosive rounds, Range and/or accuracy , hammer forged, send it, perfect balance, Dmg , final round, luck in the chamber, Ammo , field scout, extended mag, clown cartridge, I have had a few but my two faves have been the following and are the only ones I've not dismantled. Badger CCL Red dot oar, red dot ores, some scope thing. Final round Hammer forged, AP rounds, perfect balance Firefly Rapier Red dot oar, red dot ers, some scope thing Final round Hammer forged,

B-Line Trauma

I just rolled badger with luck in the chamber firefly an flared magwell. Max reload speed with luck in the chamber with a small clip size is amazing and Firefly is boss.

You guys aren't offending me, I Couldn't Care Less

Another nitc
-
Im pretty sure the best stock rolled option would be Sat Rap. Fresh out the box with Outlaw, Firefly and Hammer Forged. Beast.
-
I love when people come comment with their weapons that are RNG and not from the vendor. YOUR WEAPON DOESN'T APPLY TO THIS DISCUSSION YOU FOOLS.
-
My crusader 1 has firefly no recoil and explosive rounds...i win

I like faster, nimbler scout rifles. So I like the Rapier and B-Line Trauma better. Badger hits like a truck, but is slower fire rate makes it feel sluggish in my hands.
