yah, like scipio said. right now, I'm in a Counter Strike clan for Xbox, and we are just starting. Also, you don't need to start a halo2 clan here, like scipio said. As a matter of fact, with the new tsunami feature for Xbox Live, you can make clans on Xbox live with out using the comp (like the Socom games, except even better!) People are only making clans now so they are prepared to start kicking ass as soon as the game comes out (that's my guess) I'm also in a clan called the Dark Ravens. If you're good (tell us what you have done and what your good at) I can message my leader and maybe you can join us! Just message me if you're interested.

You don't need Bungie's permission to start your own clan unless it was a chapter in the 7th column of course. All you need to do is have a little initiative, recruit some people and start up a website (not essential, but recommended). Good luck with your new clan, but I would suggest joining one in a game currently playable (something online) so you get an idea of what a clan is all about and if a clan is really what you want. Clans aren't for everybody, and you have to be ready for people whom take them WAY too seriously.

I think you have to go to the 7th Column to make a chapter (where you can make clans), but it's temporarily down right now. (well, atleast the last time I checked.)
