Cheating in 3v3's by reviving
When you revive a teammate in 3v3's, you earn 50 points.
I've run into people sitting at the edge of a map jumping off and reviving each other to get free points.
Huge oversight by Bungie, hopefully it gets fixed soon.
EDIT:
The reason this is a big deal, besides being a cheap exploit to tip the game to your advantage;
is that when the ranked 3v3 ladder comes up, this is going to be an embarrassing issue for Bungie.

I think those that suicide should cost their team poinst and not be able to be revived, that they have to wait the full time or even wait and extended amount of time for each additional suicide. So after 5 suicides, they now are waiting.. maybe 5+ minutes before can play again. And if they leave the game after doing that too many times they get a temp ban from playing pvp maybe an hour or a day.

Yeah these nubs decided to start doing it once they figured they couldn't beat my team. They ended up winning one kept watch, other two were racking up points. They would place a Defender bubble over the ledge area so they would use supers to gain back their supers.

I agree 100% that this needs to be fixed. I was in a Skirmish match a couple days ago and it came down to the wire and the other team started doing this. It was a great match up to that point. My suggestion for a fix would be to award 0 points for a "misadventure" revive. It's pretty frustrating seeing someone dying and getting revived 5 times in a row just to try to pull off the win. Same here this happen to me the first time salvage was introduced, 2 of them had about 4000 plus points and didn't have much more than 15 Kills. Go back to your stats and look at their names

7 RepliesDon't know about reviving but I'd say the biggest cheat was when I started a match that was 3v2 (I was on the side with 2). My teammate quit about a minute in and I was then left in a 3v1 scenario. Another teammate entered the match after about a minute but they also rage quit shortly after, which again left me against 3. No one else joined my team throughout the entirety of the match. To this day I think the Speaker set me up... The match actually ended up being quite fun though. I used close quarter ambush tactics coupled with run and gun manoeuvres and managed to score higher than their lowest scorer. Didn't get a single item for skilful play of course.

This is another example of boosting. Boosting is becoming more and more of a problem that needs to be dealt with.
