I'm trying to unlink an account I previously had and trying to link my new one. I mainly play on the Xbox and I just got my PS4 but whenever I sign into my profile and try to unlink the old PSN account it says I can't because I'm using the wrong external account or something. I don't know how else to go about this because I've tried all that I can think of. If anyone has a solution, please enlighten me, I would rather not have to use two separate accounts for either console. Thanks.
