Hello all I finished the last campaign mission last night and got the ending cut scene and pulse rifle. While I enjoyed the mission (especially with a friend or two) I was a little disappointed in the campaign ending. I got the big award ceremony and pat on the back "yay we pushed the darkness back". Yet, I hardly feel like I did anything. The entire campaign felt (to me) like it should have been the opening episode in a series and the ending should have been lower key with some kind of plot twist or cliff hanger leading onto the next DLC. I'm not disappointed at the length really, because if you incorporate the strikes, raids and other game modes it contributes towards a galactic war as a whole. I just felt like a single player to get you to level 20 and then to have the game open up to leveling gear & light for the big battle to come? Could have been less epic with less campaign closure if you like and it would have left me hungry for the next installment. Any one else feel the same? or not?
