Edit this post to #destiny also it was already confirmed 4 destiny games quite a while ago but yes they will probably update destiny 1 periodically (also I heard that your characters will transfer from destiny 1-4)

I remember reading an article recently where a Bungie employee was talking about the ten-year plan. When asked about the plan for four games he was deflecting the subject. Something about the contract being for ten years, but the games thing wasn't quite as the public understood it.... Need to find this article >.>
