The notion of High Risk/High Reward is very much a special weapon characteristic. The sniper rifle has almost no use at close range, the shotgun has next to no range and the fusion rifle has a delay/charge time for every shot. Why not make a gun with limited clip size that specializes in headshots into a special weapon instead of a primary weapon? IMO it'll encourage people to actually use it.

Ok first i love the hand cannon an i believe its stats are fine it fits the role of a revolver how ever it lacks the versatility that a primary weapon should have example its not that hard to aim for the head but that's not the real problem this gun only works in your favor as a primary if the fight is in your favor if you have a limited number of enemy's that you need dead fast this gun rains in the top category of damage control but if your faced with a situation where you are being overrun-ed example the moon mission then this gun quickly becomes a liability it can stay as a primary ( tho honestly for personal reasons i would like it as a second ) but if it does it needs to be able to compensate for lack of versatility or the option to have this gun be placed in ether the primary or the secondary at players desecration
