This would mean beeing able to give, forever, or for o ly a limited time or number of missions, armor, weapons, items, maybe even lumen. And add the possibility of a player to player market.

Hey guess what...Bungie has said repeatedly Doctor Nope. Not going to happen. It takes away from becoming legend, it is a perversion of a core engagement of the game. It will never happen. Seriously Doctor Nope. for you a second time.

Edited by Malismo: 7/26/2014 1:10:21 AMWouldn't want it, because it is effectively trade between players, creating a market that can be manipulated by 'glimmer farmers' like gold farmers in MMORPGs. That market even without said potential for abuse, would have to be balanced, which many games have shown is tough as nails. Plus as Bungie stated they want you to work for your own stuff in game, gear is part of your legend, it shows where you've been and what you have done.

Gifts would be nice, you can choose how it will be gifted. To random person within the world, a player in the tower/fireteam, friends and friends of friends, etc. Just make sure you can't gift exotics or legendaries because those should be earned by yourself with your hard work you put into defeating that big boss or really tough mission.

I agree completely
