Guess Bungie lied on Twitter when they said the overhaul is finally complete so go convert your group to a clan. Which was several hours ago... All this should've been done [b]last week[/b] not a day before the beta. Plenty of us want to be ready with clan stuff and many more haven't even registered.

How do I turn a group into a clan? I am currently an administrator on my group but I don't see this option. Is the founder the only one capable of doing this?
