Will both next-gen console version look the same? What do you think?

This is not a thread to encourage platform flaming or any of that nonsense. I'm simply interested to know what people think, so leave your bias and such outside or just don't post, please. As it has been confirmed that both next-gen console version will run at 1080p and 30FPS, which of course triggered the expected "parity-complaints" (for those that luckily missed that: in short, PS4 people are saying that Bungie intentionally gimped/downgraded the PS4 version to have parity - i.e. make it equal - with the Xbox One version, so Xbox owners won't feel left behind), the question I have is: Will both Versions look the same? The PS4 is the better hardware - or at least it seems to be easier to work with - and Destiny was (apparently) developed with the PS4 as the lead platform. Bungie stated that they actually had input on PS4 design, and so on, and so forth... ( http://www.techradar.com/news/gaming/bungie-and-sony-have-been-in-bed-longer-than-you-think-1254114 ). So, wouldn't it stand to reason, that the PS4 version, with (arguably) better hardware and being the console Destiny was made for, should look better than "That other platform"? The Xbox One has, thankfully, recently opened up more GPU power to devs, and that (allegedly) is the reason behind bringing the Xbox One Version up to speed. (Despite claims from a possibly not that reputable source: http://www.insiderp.com/ps4-version-of-2-major-multiplats-downgraded.html ). But was that enough to "close the gap"? Now, personally, I don't begrudge anyone the best game they can get. Why would I? There's no reason to. But, now that both consoles seem to have the same resolution and FPS, what about the other stuff? Anti-Aliasing, Dynamic Lighting, Shaders, Particle Effects and all the other tech-buzz-words people usually throw out when they talk about "Graphic Fidelity"? And what about details in the Gameworld? As someone in another thread I just can't find anymore posted, he said he could play BF3 on his PC in the Low, Medium, High and Ultra settings, all of which were 1080p/60FPS, but they did look a lot different, due to details and the above mentioned effects being present or not. So, I'm wondering if Bungie will take advantage of the PS4's advantages to bring a more vibrant graphical experience? Will Xbox One be the "Medium" 1080p/30FPS setting and PS4 the "High" 1080p/30FPS setting? And if there aren't any differences, despite the acknowledged disparity in power and targeted development, well... then I might wonder why not? What do you think? Will the versions be completely interchangeable? And if they are, should they be?
