Restore the plasma pistol's luster. Get rid of dual wielding or make it support all weapon combinations. Make all weapons useful. The plasma pistol's firing effect is dull, it's projectile is dull, the standard bolt sucks, the overcharged bolt has OP tracking and at the same time it sucks, not to mention it's pretty pointless dual wielding it with another plasma pistol (unlike in H3, where the plasma pistol is pretty useful dual wielded since the Brutes don't have recharging armor). I hate seeing people use the noob combo all the time in campaign Legendary walkthroughs (I'm constantly on the look for other creative players). It just goes to show how horrible or alienated the rest of the sandbox is.
