Star Citizen Crosses Funding Milestone
It's incredible to see how many people have been waiting for a new space sim to hit the shelves...and how much they are willing to dole out the cash to get it there.

4 RepliesYay! Can't wait for this game to be released. It's gonna absolutely kill my graphics card though, I can already tell. Just hearing the words "Frosbite 3" and "vast open world" in the same sentence makes my graphics card sweat.

It does look cool. I'm gonna get it. You'll need a good PC to run it. It's possible it may come on PS4 though, the Dev said. The game will never be as deep as EvE Online, I don't know why you're saying it's better, it's not even out. EvE is one of the deepest games out there, huge events that happen in the game are entirely made by the players. You don't see that in other games. But of course, EvE is for a very particular group of people, hence the nickname, "spreadsheets: the game". Star Citizen is also a Sim though, so don't buy it expecting an action game. And no, it's like Guild Wars 2, you buy it once, play forever.
