I know this is a first world problem, but my dad says that from now on I'm allowed an hour and a half on Xbox on week days and 3 hours on weekends. But he said that if I want to use my phone or the computer I have to give up some Xbox time, so basically if I use up all my time I'm not allowed on my phone or a computer.
How do I negotiate out of this BS rule?

That rule is logical. Stop being a whiny bitch.
How do I negotiate out of this BS rule?
I don't know... Tell he him to go -blam!- himself a die? Yeah, that would work. Or just do Xboxing behind his back. Really time should be inifinite for computer and phone because they're actually important unlike xboxing and shouldn't count towards anything. I get unlimited time on everything anyway. If I fail to study I fail at life and I die from homelessness and that's it.

Run away and get pregnant

If you are under the age of 18 you are under the control and authority of your parents. there is no negotiation unless they choose to negotiate.

Offer to earn some more time by doing chores. That certainly has a better chance of working than just complaining about it.

I have a feeling OP isn't telling us the whole story. Also OP how is he suppose to know when you are using the computer for HW or when you are using it for fun?
How do I negotiate out of this BS rule?
You don't.

I think that's reasonable.

Don't worry OP, everyone on this forum has been 12 once. We've all survived it and so will you. Here's what you do: READ A -blam!-ING BOOK

Is there perhaps an incident which triggered these restrictions on your electronic freedoms?
