cheese has to be one of the most underated foods. Its so good in so many things. I like it in sandwitches, on pizza, sprinkled on spegetti and all that stuff. But for me, nothing quite beats the sensation of shaving a nice pice of cheese of the side of my cabot hunters extra sharp block, and nibbl on it while i surf. Although cheese is fattening, it serves as a good source of dairy. MMM, i love cheese.
