Something about the adds.
I've noticed that all the adds that members are posting in the underground are only getting locked and not moved. The problem is, people can still click on the locked thread, and view the link. So really, what is the point of locking them, even if it's in the wrong forum, if the links stay visible?
I hope I made sence there. If not, just tell me and i'll retype it. I waisted all my best charismatic skills in the other post.

I am boxed in by his burn on one side, the Code of Conduct & Terms of Use on the other. For me to violate the latter in response to the former would be futile and dishonorable. Achronos told us to only move really important topics, because moving eats up resources like your mom. We actually have the option to leave forum residue behind if we want or not. [Edited on 10/19/2004 5:56:30 PM]

I've not seen the "move" option used in a very long time. I had thought it had been removed or rendered non-functional. I guess that it has merely fallen out of favor. Unless the move function has changed? It used to leave the husk of the topic behind and link to its new location. Has it been enhanced to simply move it and all traces? I tend to either delete or edit then lock them.

Ideally, the "adds" (sic) should be moved to The Classifieds, if you're referring to ads to join Groups. For whatever reason, some aren't. Others are. Hope that helps. Recharge your charisma-karma.
