[*]Topics that they create are not removed, their original post that opened the thread still shows their entry, but it has been replaced with the Moderator Notice. [*]Any replies to any and all other topics are rendered "invisible", and will disappear from view. I believe, but have not paid close enough attention to confirm, that their previously "disappeared" responses will return at the expiration of their blacklisting. That is only conjecture, however.
