Congatualtions! You certainly got off to an interesting start. Sorry about the honeymoon getting cut short. Oh yeah, and sorry about those hurricane things too :-)

I think that qualifies it under the rules. It's both directed at you and at notifying everyone else. But we still won't know until we have an official judgement.
