[/quote] It seems like she was using the fact that most people think it is taboo for a man to hit a woman, if so I personally think she got what was coming to her. I really doubt she thought for a second that he would ever hit her simply because it is rare, so she used that to her advantage unfairly and stupidly. I know lots of bus drivers have laws protecting them from stuff like this, it is possible that were she a legal adult that he would have been well within his rights.
