Yeah, we all know that all the smart people avoid new mombasa right? Well what about after halo2's release? I for one will want to have meaningful discussion about halo2's plot, gameplay and weapons, and Im sure most of you will too. this brings up the question... how do we do that? It all depends on whether all the morons stick around I guess, because most of them are only here for halo2 information anyways. But at least some of them will stick around (there are always idiots), but the question is how many?

anyways... so hope they leave.

Well - if they do stick around, I think the Group/Chapter forums will be used quite a bit more.

True, and there will be more newbies and spammers in New Mombasa when Halo 2 releases.
Posted by: Kuldahar True, and there will be more newbies and spammers in New Mombasa when Halo 2 releases.
And more people who don't know the rules. Just so you know, newb, noob, or any other form of the word is banned from this site. And I don't think that it will be too big of a problem. One of the recognized "good" members (Recon, Gaara, I wish I could say me, etc.) will start a thread, and the rest of us will recognize them and flock to that specific thread. And a Septagonian topic is more likely to ignore spam and the like as that is why the Septagon is so good now.
Posted by:Depungster Thank you for Explaning it without Burning me. I was just wondering why they did that, and its not like thats the only weapon i masterd i just like it and i hate the Needler.
Here's a good example as to why New Mombasa isn't as bad as it seems. This guy was a new user, and he just hadn't realized that the pistol was quite so overpowered. When I PMed him about why Bungie changed it, rather than flaming him like everyone else did, he replied with this. It just goes to show that you shouldn't be too quick to judge.
