I have been having problems with the navigational bar on the bottom on the screen at the main Bungie pages. The forums are fine, but news has the bar freezing and blocking the middle of the screen as I scroll down with the nav bar not following. Can anyone help me out here?
[ps. I couldn't find a more respectable forum for this topic other than this.]

I don't think its your computer's problem because i also have this problem. They need to fix it.

Glad to know I'm not alone. Somehow, someone contact Bungie if they don't get this message. This is extremely annoying if reading updates and such. Bungie!!! Do better on this!!

Try ctrl+F5

I'm not having that problem. Try empyting your forum cache a few times. ctrl+5

It is not the forums. I am having a great time on these forums because it doesn't block my screen! I only had problems on the main page of Bungie, where it lists the news, and when reading the news. I didn't bother looking anywhere else because I didn't want this problem to come up, and me get pissed off. The webcams and Seventh Columb worked fine though.

Well I'm not having that problem on the main page...Which browser do you use? (ie, firefox, opera, etc..) (all future support threads should be made in the septagon)

i've noticed this problem too. somehow it isn't detecting Internet Explorer correctly sometimes. As a result it uses the incorrect CSS causing the navigation menu to act glitchy. I emailed bnet bugs but they haven't replied back.

I see. But it works fine with Netscape Internet. Bungie, FIX THIS!
-
Actually, that's not the only problem. Note that if you click on the forums link above the "Most popular thread" it links directly to The Underground, rather than to the list of forums.

Lotsa N words are gona be misplacing threads. I guess it gives the mods a chance to muck around with their new tools. =]

This new problem has been fixed for me. So I am happy "as a bug". I think thats how it goes. All is good!!

EH!!! The problem is back!! It bounces in out out of strickyness when it wants!! This is again getting frustrating. I have not even yet checked out the new vids for halo 2, and Snake Eater. This I just havent gotten around to doing because I just wasn't in the mood for a few days now. Oh well. BUNGIE, FIX THIS NAV BAR PROBLEM! I have Live: Gadwin heh [Edited on 9/26/2004 12:58:39 PM]

We've found the issue - it has to do with a busted workaround for the Firefox scrolling issue. Apparently our workaround for a bug in Firefox exposed another problem. We've repaired the issue, and it will be out in the next service release later this week.
