How has Bnet helped you grow as a person?

Bnet has taught me many things throughout the 2-3 years lurking/posting. Some things useless, like "talking about dumps is NSFW", to actually important things like discussion value (life lessons and stuff for english) and how to live with the fact that some people have diffrent opinions.
Anywho, has bnet helped you grow as a person? And if so, how?

Spelling. Grammar. Politics (strangely). Humour. Aspirations. Connections. Friends. Networking. Confidence. Varying degrees of life experience that has taught me many valuable lessons. Helped love life. Grew my e-penor. And generally boosted my maturity levels. To me it's a community of shared joy for accomplishing goals. That's a very inspiring thing to be around.
